Terms of Service

Last updated: December 30, 2025

Welcome to RegSight. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RegSight platform and services ("Service") operated by RegSight ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing or using RegSight, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RegSight provides AI-powered monitoring of Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulatory activity, including orders, public notices, rulings, and filings. The Service analyzes regulatory documents and delivers personalized alerts based on your business profile and monitoring preferences.

2. Important Disclaimer – Not Legal Advice

RegSight is an informational tool only. The content, summaries, analysis, and alerts provided through our platform do not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, or professional advice of any kind. The Service is designed to help you stay informed about regulatory developments, but it is not a substitute for professional counsel.

You should always:

  • Consult with qualified legal counsel before making decisions based on regulatory information
  • Verify information directly from official FCC sources
  • Conduct your own independent analysis of how regulatory actions may affect your business
  • Not rely solely on RegSight for compliance decisions

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Regulatory documents are complex, and AI-generated summaries may not capture all nuances relevant to your specific situation.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use RegSight, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

3.3 Account Sharing

Your account is for your use only. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to access the Service through a single account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

RegSight offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. The Service includes a base monthly subscription fee plus usage-based charges for regulatory alerts based on their priority level.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges are calculated and billed at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

4.3 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

4.4 Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with RegSight within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, though you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

4.5 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require a paid subscription to continue accessing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RegSight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Decisions you make based on information from the Service

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@regsight.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
